  1. Choose a secure password that consists of at least 8 characters, upper and lower case letters and one special character. The password should be different from your other passwords. Do not share your password with anyone. 
  2. We communicate with you only via ARTBOXY through our ARTBOXY profile or via e-mail with e-mail addresses that own the domain artboxy.com. 
  3. Log out of ARTBOXY if you use a computer or cell phone which is used by more than one person.
  4. We never ask for your credit card information via email or direct message. If you receive such a message, please report it directly or mark it as spam. 
  5. If you are unsure whether an e-mail or message is really coming from us, our support team will be happy to help you.
